Preventative Maintenance

The major activities of this business segment are:

• Materials Procurement: Acquisition of equipment and piece parts required to complete installation, rearrangement, or removal jobs pursuant to engineering specifications.
• Installation and Rearrangement: Multiplexers, digital loop carriers, T1 carriers, frames, power and ground equipment, etc., based on engineering documentation.
• Removal: Removing or retiring in place frames and other equipment pursuant to engineering documents. Cable mining, requiring installers to remove inactive cable from active lines.
• Asset Recovery: Total solution of decommissioning and resell service. We complete the product life cycle with decommissioning, disposal, or resale of the client.

Customized Configuration

This includes the assembly of equipment for specific applications for just- in-time projects. This equipment is assembled and tested at Telpro Technologies' facilities. This includes specific bays for SONET, Custom-sized Fiber Jumpers and COAX assemblies.

Our installation force works closely with our Engineering Division to ensure that Telpro Technologies, Inc delivers a quality product-on time and within budget. We utilize mechanized tracking tools to schedule and track every aspect of each project. And we couple these tracking tools with both comprehensive and partial project management services.

Project Management

To ensure that the client projects are completed on time and within budget we have an integrated project management system. From the start of the project a manager takes ownership to over see that the scheduling of the project is followed to completion. The managers intervene on any problems that might arise and escalate to the customers satisfaction as necessary to ensure that the project is completed to specification. Critical milestones are set to mark the completion of each phase. Status reports provide an accurate and current time line for the progress and anticipated completion of each project. We maintain extensive records of the projects we complete for reference by the customer.
