Summary:
Responsible for the accomplishment of daily tasks as assigned by the Lead Technician or Forman on any given project.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide manual labor.
Install cellular or electronic equipment adherent to customer specifications.
Follow detailed procedures when performing tasks while maintaining quality and safety per company and industry standards.
Use of power tools during installation processes
Provide accurate time card and work log to supervisor at the end of each week
Other duties as assigned.

6 months to 3 years tower construction / climbing experience.
Must have met (or be able to meet) company criteria for Field Technician 1 and 2 prerequisites including practical exams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Basic ground labor work with minimum in the air experience.
Read site plans and tower drawings.
Distribute, pick up and organize tools and materials.
Work with Superintendents and Foreman to analyze job requirements such as labor and materials.
Complete work in a timely and efficient manner as delegated by Superintendent and Foreman.
Run errands as directed.
Install cellular or electronic equipment adherent to company and customer specifications.
Follow detailed procedures when performing tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED/ or Technical degree strongly preferred.

4 years of confirmable tower construction / climbing experience.
At least 1 year of field management experience.
- Must have met (or be able to meet) company criteria for Foreman position including practical exams.
- Must demonstrate skilled knowledge of mechanical and construction trades including telecommunications.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, commercial license a plus.
- Must be able to accommodate occasional out of town travel.
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre employment drug screen and background check.
- Knowledge of Test Equipment (sweep gear).
- Anritsu, industry, and OSHA certified a plus.
- Must show an interest and aptitude in company provided training.
Summary:
Supervise and perform construction duties on a daily basis ensuring quality construction for expedited commercial deployment of services. Supervise subcontractors and job site personnel to complete scope of work assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete work in a timely and efficient manner by planning, prioritizing and mobilizing staff, materials and subcontractors to meet progression schedule.
Schedule and coordinate with all local authorities for required inspections.
Ensure Superintendent is apprised of construction progress, concerns and deviations from plans or established schedule.
Identify, distribute, pick up and organize all materials and other resources needed to complete project.
Coordinate delivery and off-loading of towers, materials, generators and shelters.
May identify construction "punch list" of items to be remedied and ensure they are completed prior to customer’s inspection.
Assign tasks to fellow crew members and perform civil or tower construction activities such as site clearing and leveling, digging trenches, grounding, forming, shoring, pouring and finishing concrete, spreading rock, stacking towers, testing, positioning antennas, installing antennas, running coax, etc.
Ensure tasks assigned to crew are completed in timely, quality manner.
Train and assist employees in completing tasks. Professionally interact with client’s representatives.
Maintain and enforce all company, customer and OSHA safety practices, perform daily jobsite safety inspections on equipment prior to operation. Immediately stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist.
Read and understand blueprints, details, and specifications and accurately communicate these instructions for those in your charge.
Follow detailed procedures when performing tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Perform tower construction activities including assembling/erecting towers, installing antennas/mounting hardware, installing coax/connectors, grounding, testing, positioning, and optimizing antennas and lines, etc.
Provide accurate time card and work log to supervisor at the end of each week.

Capable of performing work operations/job activities which may include the removal and installation of common hardware such as:
Level 2 - addition or removal of common systems equipment/hardware, wiring and connections (on non-working equipment and switchboard cable only), lead verification.
Level 3 - addition or removal of common systems equipment/hardware, wiring and connections (on non-working equipment only), lead verification, analysis of job specifications and drawings, prepare a method of procedure (MOP), write job information memos (JIMs), resolve job specification and/or drawings problems, correct office record drawings, in-process and final quality inspections.
Level 4 - circuit modifications, software adds or upgrades, power transition work, addition/removal of batteries, addition/removal of circuits on working power distribution sources, equipment testing and turn up; capable of performing as the supplier's in-charge person.
